Fabricator/Welder

Location: Philadelphia, PA Salary: $20.00 USD Hourly - $25.00 USD Hourly Description: Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to specifications, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills and a commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities: Perform welding and fabrication tasks using various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.). Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Set up and operate welding equipment and tools. Inspect and test welded joints and components to ensure they meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and within specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to welding and fabrication processes. Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification or vocational training in welding is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in welding and fabrication. Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.). Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to welding and fabrication. Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting.
