Handyman / Semiskilled Labor- Home Repairs and Maintenance

Highland Home Services is a local home repair and maintenance business based in Carnegie.

This is not a booking service or a national company.

On any given day we could be:

Patching drywall
Fixing appliances
Replacing windows
Changing locks
Cleaning gutters
Pressure washing
Trimming/cutting down trees
Landscaping
Fixing sinks and toilets
Replacing fixtures
Completing move-in/move-out inspections on rentals
Maintaining foreclosures/vacant homes
Completing cleanouts/haulouts
And a lot more.

No two days are the same!

If you have experience in a skilled/semiskilled trade, or consider yourself a jack of all trades, we want to talk to you!

We do not expect anyone to know everything about all the things we can encounter - Attitude and a desire to learn new skills will typically go further in this kind of work than highly specific experience.

Pay is at least $17.50 per hour, more for experienced tradesmen/handymen etc...

Must have:
Drivers license & reliable vehicle
Clean background check
Positive attitude and good people skills
Smartphone

Good to have:
Tools
Truck/SUV

Physical work requiring lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and occasional long days!

Hourly W2 or 1099 Independent contractor options available
