Lead Carpenter (Commercial & Industrial)

Location: Dalton, GA
Pay: $25 $30/hr (Weekly Pay)
Job Duration: 1 to 1.5 years
Hours: 40+ hours per week

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Carpenter with at least 10 years of experience, specifically on larger commercial and industrial construction projects. In this position, youll be the hands-on go-to expert for all odds and ends construction-related tasks and will report directly to the site supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
*Complete a variety of hands-on carpentry and construction tasks as needed around the job site.
*Oversee and coordinate extra help as necessary, supervising between 1 and 15 skilled laborers at a time.
*Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards.
*Maintain clear communication with the site supervisor and other team members.
*Uphold all safety guidelines and company policies on site.
*Inventory Management
*Staging Materials
*Unloading equipment/materials
*Build temporary fencing, stair rails, decking platforms, etc.

Requirements
10+ years of journey-level carpentry experience on commercial and industrial projects.
Proven track record managing and supervising teams of skilled labor (115 workers at a time).
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work 40+ hours weekly for the full project duration (11.5 years).
Must live within driving distance of Dalton, GA.
Willingness to complete a drug screen and background.
