Note: The hourly rate for this position is $25 - $30 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

  • Complete a variety of hands-on carpentry and construction tasks as needed around the job site.
  • Oversee and coordinate extra help as necessary, supervising between 1 and 15 skilled laborers at a time.
  • Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards.
  • Maintain clear communication with the site supervisor and other team members.
  • Uphold all safety guidelines and company policies on site.
  • Inventory Management
  • Staging Materials
  • Unloading equipment/materials
  • Build temporary fencing, stair rails, decking platforms, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and interpret Blue Prints and Schematics.
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Prior experience in the Carpentry field required
  • Position may require a drug screen
