Part-Time Building Superintendent for small residential building

Were seeking a reliable and friendly part-time building super to help care for a small, well-maintained residential building in Manhattans historic and charming South Street Seaport neighborhood (5-7 min walk from Fulton Subway and 7-10 min walk from Brooklyn Bridge/City Hall Subway). This is an ideal role for someone with experience in basic building maintenance, cleaning and trash management who is looking for consistent, part-time work in a peaceful and respectful community.

Hours:
* 1214 hours per week (approximately 4856 hours per month)
* Flexible schedule with a few fixed responsibilities on specific days

Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and maintain trash and recycling areas 5 days per week
* Set out trash and recycling at the curb early morning Tuesdays and Thursdays
* Mop common area floors and maintain cleanliness of shared spaces
* Observe and report maintenance issues as needed

* Dependable and punctual, especially for curbside collection days

* Able to work independently and responsibly in a small building setting

Compensation:
* $22/hr or $1200/mo with end of year performance bonus
