Live-In Building Superintendent (25-Unit Building)

Were looking for a dependable live-in superintendent to help maintain a 25-unit walk-up building in Jamaica, Queens. The role includes a free apartment (utilities and internet included) and a weekly wage, with flexibility built into the position.

Responsibilities:
Daily garbage removal and recycling
Light repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.)
Cleaning and upkeep of hallways, stairs, and common areas
Granting access to vendors, inspectors, utility company
Reporting issues to management
Responding to tenant maintenance needs as they arise

Requirements:
Must live on-site (apartment provided)
Prior experience in general building maintenance preferred
Able to communicate well with tenants and management
Must be reachable and responsive
