Location: Duquesne, PA
Shift: Day Shift | Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $23-$25hr (based on experience)
Assignment Type: Temp-to-Perm
Overtime: Optional but available

What You'll Do:
Perform high-quality welds on TTC products using GMAW and FCAW techniques
Interpret blues andplete welds according to specs
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and efficiency in your workspace
Fill out job travelers, dimensional checks, and weld IDs
Operate cranes, forklifts, and other shop machinery as needed
Jump into other shop tasks when requiredbe a true team player
What We're Looking For:
3-5 years of welding experience
Strong GMAW and FCAW skills (open root vertical up and down tests required)
Stainless steel welding experience preferred
Ability to read blues and use measuring tools like calipers and tape measures
Self-starter mindset with attention to detail
High school diploma or GED required; trade school certification is a plus
Must pass required weld tests and meet production efficiency expectations
Bonus Points If You Have:
Layout experience
Familiarity with grinders, sanders, and other hand tools
A team-focused attitude and willingness to jump in wver needed
The Work Environment:
This is a hands-on, physical role in a real shop environment. You'll be on your feet, lifting, bending, and welding for most of the shift. Safety gear is required, and the work can occasionally involve confined spaces or elevated areas.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
