Electrical Engineer

Reviewing and implementing Instrument design, datasheet, hook up diagrams, functional description, design code compliant and industrial control panels. Develop engineering documentation to include instrument specifications, instrument index, logic diagrams, Cause and Effect diagrams, loop narratives, I/O lists using Microsoft Office platform. Specify Pressure, Temperature, level Instruments, control valves, on/off valves, Analyzer for project. Perform sizing of Control Valve, Relief valve, Flow meters and Manual valves. Review control panel, drawings and compliance of industrial code and area classification. Evaluate project specification requirement and process and develop technical requisition, cost and schedule estimate, provide technical assistance to update PandIDs for process and control improvements and to reduce costs. Perform Factory acceptance and site acceptance Test and participate in HAZOP.

Requires masters degree Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Manufacturing Systems Engineering or closely related and 1 year of relevant experience. Requires experience in Fisher Specification Manager, Control valve sizing software, Orifice plate sizing software, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Smart plant Review -3D Modeling.
