Assembly Supervisor**

**About the Role**
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Assembly Supervisor to lead our heat exchanger assembly operations. In this role, you will oversee a team of skilled technicians, manage daily workflows, and ensure that production goals are met with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Supervise the assembly of heat exchanger bundles, including layout, tubing, rolling, and hydrostatic testing
+ Ensure team members accurately log time and tasks using the labor tracking app
+ Oversee the safe use of shop tools and equipment during assembly
+ Maintain high standards for final assembly and testing of structural and drive components
+ Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to guide assembly processes
+ Report job completions and enforce company policies and safety protocols
+ Balance labor resources across departments and manage incident reporting
+ Coordinate with the Shop Manager on performance issues and write-ups
+ Plan and schedule overtime as needed; ensure timely job closures in TTProd
+ Collaborate with Department Leads to ensure resource availability and workflow continuity
+ Create and manage system tasks to communicate changes and resolve part fit issues with Engineering
**What You Bring**
+ 46 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in air-cooled heat exchanger production
+ Proven leadership in supervising assembly, material flow, and testing operations
+ Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Hands-on experience with hand tools, cranes, forklifts, and tube rolling equipment
+ Prior experience managing air-cooled heat exchanger assembly lines

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
