Monetary and/or vacation days are awarded every 90 days for good attendance. KIT offers competitive starting wages of $21-$23 DOE, $500 referral bonus - referral must be employed at least 91 days. Requirements:
Requires 2-5 years production welding experience.

Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds, be on your feet for a 10-hour shift; bend, crawl, or climb as needed.
Must have the ability to accurately read a tape measure to ensure correct marks and cuts.
Proficient in reading blueprints and sketches for tasks specification.
Ability to weld .035 hard wire in various positions; use oxy acetylene torch and plasma cutter, hand grinders and various hand tools.
Be able to safely work while wearing heat-resistant gloves and protective masks
