The Enterprise Voice & Collaboration Architect is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive voice & collaboration strategies that align with the organizations business objectives with respect to unified communications, including both Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Call Center as a Service (CCaaS) technologies. The Enterprise Voice & Collaboration Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate voice & collaboration across various platforms and ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.

**Essential Functions**

+ Develop and Execute the overall Voice & Collaboration strategy and corresponding roadmap in alignment with organizational goals with respect to Voice & Collaboration capabilities including Voice, Text, Chat, Video, and Omnichannel workflows.

+ Analyzing business needs and designing a comprehensive voice and collaboration architecture that integrates various technologies like VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), video conferencing platforms, instant messaging systems, and call center solutions.

+ Architect and oversee the integration of Voice & Collaboration systems with existing IT infrastructure. Create and maintain detailed documentation for Voice & Collaboration systems, including reference architecture, statement of direction (SoD), architecture diagrams, configuration details, and etc.

+ Ensure that imaging solutions are compatible with other enterprise applications and databases along with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).

+ In collaboration with engineering, lead and manage voice & collaboration projects from concept through deployment, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the both functional and non-functional requirements.

+ In collaboration with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.

+ Develop and enforce voice & collaboration policies, standards, and best practices across the organization working with business stakeholders and engineering teams via a Center of Excellence.

+ Work closely with internal IT teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure successful implementation and Voice & Collaboration solutions including UCaaS and CCaaS.

+ Business and Soft Skill expectations:

+ Maintain complete confidentiality of company business.

+ Communicate with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested.

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems (or other related field) or equivalent work experience required

+ Master's Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems (or other related field) or equivalent work experience preferred

+ 7-9 years Cyber Security, Technology or other related experience required

+ 8-10 years Cyber Security, Technology or other related experience preferred

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**

Duration:

+ 10+ years of IT

+ Proven Experience (typically 7+ years) in IT Architecture with focus on voice & collaboration systems and/or enterprise solutions.

Activities:

+ Designed, implemented, and/or administrated voice & collaboration solutions in a large distributed enterprise.

+ Served as architecture or expert thought leader for voice & collaboration solutions and influenced the strategy to address internal or external business objectives with respect to a digital experience (employee and customer).

+ Worked in process-driven structured environments, and participated in process optimization activities.

Competencies:

+ Strong knowledge of voice & collaboration technologies (PBX, UCaaS, Text, Video, Chat), data management, and system integration.

+ Proactive identification and solving of complex problems

+ Strong understanding of systems development lifecycle to provide technical leadership for multifunctional projects or initiatives.

+ Effective communication of technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
