This position is responsible for ensuring that all construction projects are completed according to established quality standards and within the specified schedule. This role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. In addition, we strive to deliver our Five Star Experience to Guests and fellow Team Members. - Deliver our Five Star Experience to Guests and all Team Members by embodying our Mission Statement and Service Promise while adhering to department service standards. This entails consistency performing our service expectations of: Welcoming, Proactive, Seamless, Personalized and Valued.
- Assist leadership with tracking construction crews and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, materials used, and any incidents or changes that occur on site.
- Coordinate schedules for personnel, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance with project plans and regulatory requirements.
- Support the project team in ensuring all work adheres to project plans, specifications, and quality standards, and maintain documentation verifying compliance with all relevant regulations, including MICS and TICS.
- Monitor project progress, compile relevant data, and provide timely updates and reports to the Project Manager and key stakeholders, documenting any issues or delays.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Manage and maintain all project documentation, including contracts, schedules, reports, daily activity logs, and incident reports, ensuring accurate record-keeping, proper archiving, and accessibility.
- Coordinate and facilitate site visits and inspections, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared.
- Assist the project team in identifying, documenting, and proposing solutions for issues or conflicts that arise, escalating as appropriate to prevent delays.
- Support the project team in budgeting and cost control activities.
- Manage all project-related administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and distributing communications such as memos, emails, and announcements
- Track and manage project expenses, ensuring all costs are documented and within budget.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and strategies.
- Coordinate and oversee site visits and inspections.
- Facilitate the procurement process, including obtaining quotes and negotiating contracts.
- Provide training and support to new team members on project procedures and software.
- Strong communication skills with a demonstrated background of working effectively with others.
- Ensure compliance with all Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) as well as all Tribal Internal Control Standards (TICS).
- Present a positive image of the Tribal organization to its guests and vendors and to assist them as required.
- Must follow all safety policies and procedures and attend all scheduled safety meetings and training as a condition of employment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
This job does not require supervisory duties.
Qualifications Education And Experience (Must Be Documented)- High School Diploma or (GED).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project administration or a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and terminology.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Must pass periodic random drug screens.
- Must be able to pass background suitability investigation.
- Must obtain a Tribal Gaming License.
- Must obtain all other applicable certifications and licenses.
- Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employment.

Employee may be occasionally required to work in low light conditions, and may be exposed to loud noise for extended periods.

- Some enterprises are open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week; therefore, you must be flexible to work any and all hours.
- Must be available for emergency calls 24/7.
- Must be available to work weekend and holidays.
- Some enterprises are gaming facilities.
- Some enterprises are not a smoke-free environment.
- Surveillance cameras and audio equipment monitor the premises recording activity throughout most of the facilities on 24 hours per day, 7 days per week basis.
