Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire renovation project.
Plan and coordinate construction phases and schedules.
Ensure quality control and compliance with standards.
Act as the primary contact between clients, engineers, and project stakeholders.
Manage on-site staff and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in construction management, preferably in hotel renovations.
Proficient in project management tools and reporting.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Familiarity with local building codes and international standards.
Pay Rate: $40 $60/hour or $80, 000 $120, 000 annually.
