Experienced estimator, materials runner for general contractor

Looking for an experienced estimator with experience in painting, remodel, flooring, and similar estimating work.

Must be able to look at a set of plans and draft a winning bid given our hourly rate.

Must be local to Santa Barbara, Ventura, or Goleta.

Will pay well for the right person. Must have a vehicle, and be able to drive a truck.

Must be able to deal with people in a professional and friendly manner, even better if you are a bit of a salesman. The ideal candidate for this position would have a contractors license and experience bidding on their own jobs. And you must have great english skills.
