A Construction Project Manager is needed for an American multinational technology company that develops, manufactures, licenses, supports, and sells computer software, consumer electronics, personal computers, and related services in the San Antonio, TX area. This experienced Construction Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional projects across engineering, finance, and product domains by coordinating resources, analyzing feasibility, managing staff, and ensuring delivery within budget and scope.

responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate non-IT projects in areas such as engineering, R&D, finance, and product roll-out.

  • Create detailed project plans to achieve goals and oversee integration of technical activities.

  • Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders.

  • Recruit, assign tasks, manage, and evaluate staff performance while supporting their professional development.

  • Analyze technologies, resources, and market demand to assess project feasibility.

  • Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams to define project specifications and procedures.

  • Review, recommend, or approve contracts and cost estimates related to projects.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in managing non-IT projects.

  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.
