Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate activities across various fields, including engineering, research and development, and financial systems. This role involves overseeing the integration of technical activities and ensuring the successful roll-out of products.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects by making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
• Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and cost management.
• Understanding of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in computer software such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• PMI or PMP certification is preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in construction management or project management.
• Experience in data center construction is highly advantageous.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• MEP electrical background .

The position requires relocation or being onsite full-time. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, focusing on meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work standards. Feedback and quality of work will be used as performance indicators.

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr.
