We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Traffic Engineer in the Transportation Department of our Mount Laurel, NJ, office. The successful candidate will provide traffic analysis and design capabilities and assistance with highway/civil design efforts.

Responsibilities

+ Provide traffic signal/electrical designs

+ Perform intersection and roadway capacity analyses using HCS, Synchro, and SimTraffic software

+ Perform crash and Highway Safety Manual analyses

+ Provide design and development of conceptual construction staging alternatives and development of traffic control and traffic signing and striping plans

+ Provide Staffing Augmentation Services for various State and Municipal clients

+ Assist in proposal writing and business development efforts

Requirements

+ Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE)

+ PE license

+ Six to fifteen years of experience

+ NJDOT Signal Design experience

+ Traffic analysis experience

+ Able to create a professional deliverable using client standards

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
