Job Description

The Estimator will analyze construction drawings, specifications, and addendums to prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates. This role involves the use of internal pricing tools to develop detailed proposals, attending site visits, pre-bid meetings, and client interviews, and collaborating with senior leadership to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates from construction drawings and specifications.
  • Develop detailed proposals using internal pricing tools.
  • Attend site visits, pre-bid meetings, and client interviews.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to maintain a consistent client experience.
  • Communicate regularly to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Follow vendor pricing and coordinate with shop and field supervisors to ensure estimate accuracy.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in estimation, millwork, and interior architecture.
  • Experience in bidding and preconstruction processes.
  • Ability to use estimating software effectively.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
