Direct Labor: Manage all field personnel and direct subcontractors on jobsites as required to successfully complete the roofing project on schedule and within the projected budget. Maintain Job Site Safety: Oversee and promote job site safety through furthering safety education and encouraging safe work practices while on all job sites. Quickly responding to any safety emergencies, issues or concerns to alleviate any potential dangers or OSHA Violations while on a job site. Keep track of a weekly scorecard goal of no leaks, warranties, and safety violations to report safety measurables in the weekly Traction Meetings.

Oversee Job Specs: Review and confirm with the jobs' estimator the specs and drawings are correct and align with the ordering of equipment, job materials and labor.

Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that each project is on time and within budget; direct course of action for the job by ensuring there are adequate materials and equipment if needed for your team and staffing for the job.

Quality Control and Continuous Improvement: Implement and ensure mandatory post- job inspections and approvals, job site clean ups, customer follow up, satisfaction surveys.

Job Progress Reporting: Complete daily job progress reporting to ensure that the job information is accurate and available for both the General Contractor and Operations to review the progression of each job.

Metrics:

o Meeting and/or exceeding budgeted monthly project quotas.

o Ensuring BDR reputation is sustained in all aspects.

Ensuring job site safety and training of employees is current and complete as often as required. Vehicles and equipment are managed actively & efficiently. To include company & rented tools, equipment & trucks.

QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS, EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

0 3 years roofing and/or estimating experience; 30 Hour OSHA certification

PREFERRED SKILLS

o Ability to communicate effectively with employees, contractors, suppliers, etc. o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

o Solid background & understanding of roof applications of various roof types.

Seat Description

Experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of roofing projects.

Ability to read submittals & blueprints so as to properly direct field personnel. Ability to analyze problems and make sound decisions in a timely manner.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

This position operates outside in all types of weather. It may involve lifting 50 lbs. or more, twisting, climbing, bending and kneeling. This position involves working at significant heights as well as steep slopes.

This position typically works a standard work week, but may be required working some holidays, evenings, nights and/or weekends to meet project milestones. Travel may be required.
