Job Title: Production Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Production Laborers to join our team in a fast-paced and physically demanding role. You will be responsible for hand stacking, grinding, and processing concrete blocks, ensuring quality control, and assisting with maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

+ Hand stack concrete blocks in a fast-paced environment.

+ Grind concrete blocks to achieve a polished finish and smooth texture.

+ Feed blocks onto a conveyor for an antique look, then manually offload and stack them onto pallets.

+ Perform quality inspection to ensure blocks are free from chips or cracks.

+ Discard defective products in the scrap bin and assist with palletizing and wrapping.

+ Change molds and colors and perform general cleaning duties.

+ Fill bags with dirt or sand, tie, and stack on pallets.

+ Monitor production quotas and work efficiently to meet daily targets.

+ Assist with lockout and tag out procedures under supervision.

Essential Skills

+ General production experience.

+ Mechanical aptitude and maintenance skills.

+ Safety mindset and familiarity with lockout/tag out procedures.

+ Experience in manufacturing and construction.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in farming, farm work, or landscaping.

+ Forklift experience is advantageous.

+ Ability to work in a repetitive and monotonous environment.

+ Experience in physical labor is preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 $22.00/hr.
