Welder and Fabricator Job Description We are seeking skilled MIG welders to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. Successful candidates will possess prior experience in MIG welding, blueprint reading, and fabrication. You will independently weld and fabricate steel to construct frames and components for extended truck beds. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding and fabrication tasks. Read and interpret blueprints to execute welding projects. Utilize bandsaws for cutting materials. Work independently to produce high-quality steel frames and components. Essential Skills Proficiency in MIG welding and fabrication. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience with bandsaws. Additional Skills & Qualifications Basic fitting skills. Choose from day shifts (6am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday) or night shifts (3:30pm-1am, Monday-Friday). Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Idaho. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
