Construction Supervisor

The supervisor must be responsible for the projects assigned and direct supervise the work team (Construction Laborers w2 and 1099) based on their skills and specialties.Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are followed on job sites to maintain a safe work environment for all employees.Provide ongoing training and professional development for restoration team members to ensure they stay up to date on industry best practices and new technologies.Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain adequate staff for effective performance of activities and response to fluctuating workloadsMaintain accurate records of electrical and restoration work performed, including assessments, progress reports, and change orders.Identify and diagnose electrical issues during the restoration process, ensuring systems are restored to proper functionality.Estimate material, time, and staffing requirements for a given project, based on work orders, job specifications, and experience.Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safety of both restoration tools and electrical equipment.Review work throughout the work process and at completion to ensure that it has been performed properly.Inspect job sites to determine the extent of maintenance or repairs needed.Ensures crews have the equipment and material needed to perform work.Communicate clearly with the Project Manager, Project Director, and customer regarding any current and relevant project conditions, as necessary.
