Refer a friend and get paid.Essential Duties:Move components into place using jib boom, crane, conveyors, or manual liftingRead and interpret blueprints to lay out, position, and align partsTack weld and clamp components in preparation for weldingEfficiently perform wire-feed welding on steel componentsEnsure measurement accuracy and consistent weld qualityPerform routine equipment maintenanceKeep a clean, organized workspaceMaintain a strong safety mindset and prioritize safety in all work activitiesSupport Lean manufacturing and team-based improvementsSkills/Qualifications:Ability to pass a pre-employment welding testMust be medically cleared to wear a respirator when welding stainless steelAbility to rapidly and efficiently produce high-quality welded partsBasic math and measuring skillsStrong physical ability frequent lifting, bending, pushing (up to 50 lbs)Comfortable working on ladders, in dump bodies, and on concreteCapable of reading blueprints and using measuring toolsWillingness to rotate between job stations and assigned tasks as neededRecent graduates accepted.
