Gaming Partnerships Project Coordinator Our client is seeking a Gaming Partnerships Project Coordinator to support the operational and strategic needs of cross-functional gaming initiatives. This role plays a key part in facilitating collaboration between internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless execution of gaming-related projects and partnership milestones. Ideal candidates will bring a strong foundation in project or brand operations, a proactive mindset, and a passion for gaming, pop culture, or anime. This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon. Gaming Partnerships Project Coordinator Responsibilities Coordinate recurring meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners, including agenda preparation, scheduling, and capturing action items. Maintain up-to-date documentation and workflows related to gaming integrations, product approvals, and partner processes. Assist with tracking and communicating project status across internal departments and brand teams. Support planning and logistics for key partnership events, visits, and off-site engagements. Help develop internal guides and playbooks to streamline cross-functional processes for new and existing gaming partners. Manage and update project calendars, partner touchpoints, and royalty tracking documentation. Provide operational support for legal coordination related to contracts, trademarks, and intellectual property. Contribute to strategic planning by helping surface new partnership or content opportunities. Gaming Partnerships Project Coordinator Qualifications Prior experience in project coordination, brand operations, or a similar role. Proven ability to manage logistics for recurring meetings and maintain detailed follow-up documentation. Strong organizational skills with experience using tools such as Airtable, Excel, and Keynote. Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with shifting priorities. Demonstrated interest in gaming, anime, or pop culture is a strong plus. A collaborative and curious approach, with a willingness to learn and adapt. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Compensation: $28/hr.
