Paid Time Off:
Eligible employees begin accruing PTO as of their date of hire and accrual rates are based on years of service. Base annual accrual starts at 120 hours/15 days for full time status. Starting Salary Range: $27 - $30/hour; depending on experience

Position Overview:
This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Service Warehouse in Seattle. This position is additionally responsible for purchasing all Service Agreement supplies and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse
Implement/ maintain "best practices" for utilization of warehouse space and frequently used items.
Ensures efficient warehouse operations through collaboration and coordination with other departments and divisions.
File damaged goods claims. Communicate with key personnel with updates and follow up with freight companies until the case is closed/ resolved.
Track and coordinate equipment and material returns.
Schedule and coordinate deliveries from vendors, and coordinate pickup with technicians.
Receive, coordinate, and stage all materials by technician.
Track all items received and communicate to larger team.
Check-in quantities on receipt to ensure they are correct.
Track and expedite back orders.
Warehouse Maintenance for cleanliness.
Support uniform delivery / receiving.
Receive and ship out oil samples.
Purchasing
Coordinate with Account Specialist to order and track all agreement materials.
Manage Purchase Order Smartsheet.
Draft and issue purchase orders to vendors.
Input PO's into Vista per work order.
Track Open work orders and update estimated time of delivery status.
Update Material Status on Work Orders for Operations
Manage various functions in Smartsheet and Vista including correcting/approving batches and implementing changes.
Order and manage uniforms for technicians.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with vendors.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with technicians and office staff.
Coordinate and collaborate with corporate purchasing as necessary.
Basic Functions:
Regular attendance and promptness are considered part of each employee's essential job functions.
Position Requirements
Required Skills and Abilities:
Intermediate to advanced computer skills
Must be a self-starter
Excellent communication skills
Ability to pay close attention to details and manage numerical tracking systems
Strong customer support approach.
Organizational and time management skills.
Organize/ manage/ maintain materials, tools, machinery, and standard procedures.
Preferred Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED.
3-4 years of warehouse work experience preferred.
3-4 years of purchasing and receiving experience preferred.
Required Licensing and Other Certifications:
Maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
Forklift Certification - Training Provided
