Facility Maintenance Lead Overview Step into a pivotal leadership role where you'll use your facility maintenance experience in a fast paced, distribution environment. As our Facility Maintenance Leader, you'll oversee a high-performing team and ensure the seamless operation of critical systemsfrom HVAC and lighting to conveyor and forklift fleets. This is your opportunity to shape a safe, efficient, and forward-thinking workplace. Operational schedule is Monday through Friday, 7am - 3:30pm with optional overtime as needed. Responsibilities Leading maintenance efforts across HVAC, conveyor systems, forklifts, and utilities. Inspire and guide a team of maintenance and sanitation team members through hands-on training and mentorship. Conduct proactive inspections of sprinkler systems and facility infrastructure to ensure optimal performance. Strategically plan and delegate daily work orders, aligning team efforts with operational priorities. Drive compliance with safety and environmental standards through robust preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Essential Skills 3+ years of hands-on facilities maintenance experience, with a strong foundation in HVAC systems. At least 1 year of leadership experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity. EPA Universal Certification (Section 608 preferred). Bonus points for skills in carpentry, masonry, mechanical systems, plumbing, and 3-phase electrical systems. Why Work With Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60405.00/yr.
