Replace a broken electrical on-wall outlet box (see picture). The outlet and cover should still be good, but the on-wall box itself is cracked. You will need to bring the parts. Estimated time to repair: 20 min 2. Replace broken floor end-cap trim piece (see picture); replacement part already in house, and needs to be cut to fit. Must gently scrape off old trim and glue. Estimated time to repair: 30-45 min 3. Patch 2 small drywall holes with putty where a bathroom towel holder pulled out. No painting needed, so please wipe off excess putty from the surrounding wall. You will need to bring the putty. Estimated time to repair: 5 min No tools are available, please bring your own. Request repairs this Friday, or Monday or Tuesday, after 11:30am those days.
