Lead HVAC Installer

Our Company is looking for a HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. This is a year round full time position.
Responsibilities:
Designs, fabricates, and installs, various ducts and duct fittings as required.
Has both knowledge and experience with all types of equipment, thermostats, and installations. Including start ups and check lists.
Install and or change out kitchen and bath exhaust systems.
Any plumbing or electrical knowledge is also beneficial.
Completes all paperwork in a neat, accurate, through and timely manner.
Works under minimum supervision to install HVAC equipment in customer's home correctly and is reflective of The Carlson Company values.
Maintain communication with all Departments and Suppliers.
Provides guidance and knowledge to HVAC Helper on proper skills and training of HVAC installation jobs.
Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
Keep your company clean, inside and out.
Keep your truck inventory up to date.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements: Have and maintain a current and valid driver's license.
CFC Certification - Type I and II.
Must possess knowledge of Arizona Mechanical and Electrical Codes.
Have the ability to pass a Federal Background check.
