Lead HVAC Installer

Marathon Heating and Cooling is looking for a Lead installer with 3 years or more experience.
Job duties include full installation of all brands and types of HVAC units. Candidate should be fully qualified to install Package units , regular garage and attic split systems , Evap coils condenser coils Mini splits and compressors. Onsite training will be provided for more complicated systems like zone wine-cellar and commercial units.

Requirements:
EPA license 608
Resume
Clean drivers license
Ability to pass back ground check
Clear drug screen ( state legal substances not tested for)
Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
Ability to lift over 50 #
Ability to climb ladders
