RYCOE Enterprises Inc. is looking to expand our team with an experienced Senior Equipment Operator

Read project blueprints to create a plan and effectively communicate the scope of project & applicable responsibilities to crew members.

Class A CDL a plus!

5+ yrs experience preferred

Organize equipment, tools and job site materials to ensure effective and efficient workflows

Shoot grade and operate heavy equipment safely, efficiently and to industry standards

Train crew members to ensure efficiency, quality & safety

Collaborate with crew and clients throughout the job process to ensure an excellent customer experience

Provide daily updates to Operations manager to address & resolve any concerns

Complete required company paperwork and safety documentation
