Concrete Form Setters/Finishers- Northeast PA

Requirements
Proven experience as a concrete finisher, with proficiency in setting grade, constructing and stripping forms, and pouring and finishing concrete surfaces
Experience with plain and stamped/ decorative concrete
Experience operating excavators and skid loaders preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues
Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the shop
Willingness to work flexible hours. Potential Saturdays when needed
Experience in various types of concrete work: Residential, Commercial, and Industrial
