Construction Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with 5-10+ years of expertise to oversee the ground-up build of a Lecture Hall valued at $60M. This is a design-build project requiring interaction with owners, engineers, and architects. The project is expected to be completed by Spring 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee subcontractors onsite to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Collaborate with owners, engineers, and architects to facilitate a smooth design-build process.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA 30 compliance.
  • Utilize Procore for project scheduling and management.
  • Maintain effective communication to address project challenges and coordinate solutions.
Essential Skills
  • 5-10 years of experience in construction management.
  • Proficiency in ground-up construction and subcontractor management.
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA 30 certification.
  • Experience with Procore for scheduling and project management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Work Environment

The position is onsite, requiring hands-on management at the construction site. The role is project-based with an immediate start date and will conclude upon project completion, with no expectation of permanent placement. The environment demands adherence to safety standards and effective communication with various project stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $60.00/hr.
