Class A/B Driver / Operator / Laborer

Job Overview:
Path to learn excavation, concrete, construction, and operator skills. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Laborer/Operator with Class A License to join our team. As a Class A/B driver / Laborer/ Operator, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to support our operations. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain equipment such as dump trucks, skid steers, loaders, and excavators
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials
- Assist with construction and maintenance projects
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed

Skills:
- Valid Drivers license and ability to acquire medical card
- Class A/B Driver License Required
- Has current Medical Card or able to acquire one
-Willingness to learn new skills in operating heavy equipment such as dump trucks, skid steers, loaders, or excavators
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks
- Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow them diligently
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow directions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
