Commerical Painter Needed- Start Immediately

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Commercial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in delivering top-notch results. You will work on a variety of commercial and institutional projects and must be comfortable working at heights and in active construction environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, power washing, patching, and priming

Apply paints, stains, coatings, and sealants using brushes, rollers, or sprayers

Follow blueprints, specifications, and verbal instructions for scope and finish requirements

Maintain a clean and safe job site in accordance with OSHA standards

Set up and use ladders, scaffolding, and lifts safely and properly

Inspect completed work for quality and touch up as necessary

Communicate with site supervisors and team members effectively

Requirements:

2+ years of professional painting experience (commercial or industrial preferred)

Proficient in using painting tools and equipment

Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions

Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license

Comfortable working at heights and on ladders or lifts

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
