Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Millwrights for projects located in and around Seattle, WA . This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of up to $36/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Identify and Diagnose Issues with Electrical Motors and Related Equipment
- Disassemble, Clean, Lubricate, and Reassemble Electric Motors and Generators
- Repair or Replace Defective Parts including Coil Leads, Carbon Brushes, Wires, and other Mechanical Components
- Troubleshooting using Various Testing Devices and Schematic/Technical Drawings
- Operate Lifting and Rigging Equipment Safely
- Maintain Accurate Records of Work Performed
- Manage Parts Inventory and Request Supplies as needed
- Collaborate with Colleagues to Complete Tasks Efficiently
- Adhere to All Safety Protocols and Procedures
Requirements:

- Strong Mechanical Aptitude
- Proficiency in Reading and Interpreting Blueprints and Schematics
- Working Knowledge of Electrical Systems, Hydraulics, Pneumatics
- Experience with a Variety of Hand Tools, Power Tools, and Electrical Testing Equipment
- Background in Industrial Maintenance and Motor Repair
- Familiarity with Different Types of Electrical Motors and Generators
