Concrete Finisher Location: Greater Rochester Area Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Job Summary: We are hiring a skilled Concrete Finisher to perform curb and sidewalk work on commercial construction sites. This role includes flat work, forming, pouring, and leveling concrete, as well as assisting with general labor tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities: Finish concrete for curbs, sidewalks, and flatwork Form, pour, and level concrete surfaces Read and interpret blueprints Use floats, levels, trowels, and other finishing tools Assist with general labor tasks on-site Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in concrete work Proficient in concrete finishing and brick laying Understanding of concrete pours and site prep OSHA 10 certification required Reliable transportation to job sites in the Rochester area Work Environment: Commercial construction sites with a team of 35 field workers Projects range from 2 months to 3 years All work is localno overnight travel required Report directly to job sites (no need to check in at the office) Why Apply: Consistent, year-round work with no layoffs Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid holidays and 401(k) with company match Clean, well-maintained equipment Family-oriented company with a strong local reputation Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
