**HB Rentals** is currently seeking an **Operations Supervisor** to join our team in **Broussard, Louisiana** . This position assists with all operational activities of the district in order to meet internal goals and objectives and maintain customer satisfaction.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Identify and coordinate operational requirements, mange these effectively to provide a timely, cost effective quality service;

+ Supervise all aspects of Depot operations in a cost effective manner and operate continually within approved expenditure and management policies;

+ Identify customer requirements and communicate/coordinate with the Project leads in order to provide a timely, cost efficient and quality service;

+ Ensures all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met; develop and maintain operations schedule and communicate the same with project leads

+ Directs and coordinates with the project leads the resolution of operational and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays;

+ Manages all operational projects on the floor and coordinates/communicates with Operations manager, Project manager and leads to ensure on time deliveries and budgets are metDevelop and implement a weekly on call rotation roster to ensure proper distribution of on call service responsibilities;

+ Responsible for developing SOWs for projects and holding leads accountable for timelines and budgets

+ Supports the material coordinator by ensuring all operational personnel adhere to purchasing, material inventory and receiving guidelines; responsible for depot material inventory accuracy;

+ Ensure adherence to all rules, regulations, procedures, policies, and the accompanying administrative (paperwork) processes associated with each;

+ Performs administrative activities associated with the effective management of operations; to include review and approval of employee timesheets;

+ Ensure full awareness of, and compliance with, the requirements of all relevant company/customer QHSE handbooks, QHSE procedures and emergency procedures;

+ Oversees rental equipment fleet repair, service and maintenance, ensures all equipment deployed meets rent ready status, communicates with GOA admin to ensure that true equipment status is accurately represented in Inspire and all assets assigned to the district are accounted for;

+ Ensures facility and equipment assigned to the district is maintained in good repair and in a neat and orderly fashion in the yard;

+ Perform any other delegated duties considered appropriate in order to maintain the efficient running of the department.

**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:**

+ Minimum five years related experience and/or training, preferably in the oil and gas industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience

+ High School Diploma or G.E.D required.

+ Knowledge of Budgeting.

+ Knowledge of Current practices, equipment, and technology used in onsite accommodations and auxiliary equipment for the oil and gas industry.

+ Exemplary and ethical business practices.

+ Industrial and commercial building construction experience.

+ Understanding of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Requirements on job locations e.g. PPE required.

+ Building and maintaining positive customer relationships.

+ Determining and managing necessary resources, time and materials of a project.

+ Accurately complete/maintain necessary reports/records in a timely and legible manner, according to applicable procedures and/or work order.

+ Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

+ Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and percentages.

+ Collect, research, and analyze data

+ Commit to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals.

+ Comprehend and follow emergency response procedures.

+ Deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.

+ Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

+ Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, clients, customers, and the general public and establish effective working relationships with peers.

+ Install, inspects, maintain, modify, and repair of heating and air conditioning systems, equipment, and controls. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

+ Listen and provide feedback to solve practical problems.
