Schedule: Monday Friday, 5:00 AM 5:00 PM
Overtime: Mandatory Saturdays due to high production volume

About the Role:We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor with strong experience in welding or operating press brakes to lead our fabrication and welding operations. This role is crucial to the daily success of our machine and weld shop and requires a hands-on leader who can drive productivity, ensure safety, and support a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Supervision
Supervise and train team members in the fabrication and welding departments
Ensure staffing levels match production needs
Conduct interviews and assist in hiring decisions for machine operators and welders
Manage employee performance through evaluations, feedback, and corrective actions
Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols
Production Oversight
Coordinate daily machine assignments to optimize productivity
Monitor production schedules and address any issues impacting on-time delivery
Analyze production data, including downtime and output efficiency
Ensure quality standards are consistently met
Monitor and reduce scrap and waste
Administrative Duties
Approve employee schedules, time off requests, and payroll
Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to production and personnel
Conduct cost analysis of parts and support continuous improvement initiatives
810 years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on welding or press brake operation
Proven leadership experience in a fabrication or welding environment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical documents
Strong communication skills and ability to work across departments
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and safety compliance
Bachelors degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field
Prior experience with tooling or metal fabrication processes
