About the Role
We are growing and seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Superintendent to oversee all field operations on civil construction projects. The Superintendent will ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and up to the highest quality and safety standards. This is a leadership position responsible for daily field management and coordination of crews, subcontractors, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
Attend project kickoff meetings and coordinate with the Project Manager on all project aspects.
Review project budgets, scope of work, special conditions, and potential hazards.
Provide labor and equipment needs to support project execution.
Contribute to the development of the project schedule and material delivery timelines.
Submit 2-week look ahead schedules weekly, by Friday end-of-day.
Schedule subcontractors and inspections as required for project progression.
Ensure job productivity and monitor performance to meet project goals.
Identify and report potential change orders to the Project Manager.
Enforce jobsite safety protocols and ensure compliance with all PPE standards.
Conduct weekly toolbox talks and submit documentation to the office.
Monitor project budgets and flag any deviations or issues.
Complete daily field reports with required project data and updates.
Coordinate and dispatch field crews across all civil/site projects as needed.
Oversee quality control across all aspects of construction work.
Ensure timely completion of all punch list items.
Foster strong working relationships with General Contractors, Owners, and Subcontractors.
Attend all required onsite and office meetings.
Support job foremen with project needs and field operations.
Inspect equipment daily for maintenance and safety compliance.
Notify the shop team of any repair or maintenance requirements.

Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction and site supervision.
Proven leadership and field management experience.
Strong understanding of civil/site construction practices and safety standards.
Excellent organizational, scheduling, and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
Proficient in daily reporting and scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, construction management software).
OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred.
Valid drivers license.
