A DAY IN THE LIFE:

As a Residential HVAC Technician, you'll be responsible for performing a wide range of functions:

Diagnose and Troubleshoot: Address customer concerns with your expert diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
Tailor Repair Options: Build and present repair options that prioritize the best interests of our customers, enhancing their comfort and satisfaction.
Drive Sales: Leverage your technical expertise to identify and drive new sales opportunities, contributing to the growth of our business.
Van Maintenance: Keep your service van organized and stocked, ensuring you have all the tools and parts needed for each job.
Paperwork Efficiency: Complete all service-related paperwork or digital documentation accurately and efficiently, keeping our operations running smoothly.
Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay at the forefront of industry advancements.
Certifications: Work towards obtaining necessary certifications and tickets with full support.

WHAT YOULL BRING TO THE TABLE:

3+ years' experience in HVAC, with 1 or more years in residential service.
HVAC Refrigeration certification preferred.
Experience in diagnosing and trouble-shooting HVAC-related problems.
Ability to provide unparalleled, 5-star customer service experience.
Class 5 Drivers License with a clean driving record.
Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated, with a proven ability to stay productive and focused while working independently
Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems and technology.
If you are an Apprentice looking to graduate or become Indentured, we want to hear from you!

NICE TO HAVES:

Gas Ticket (A or B).
Plumbing experience.
Electrical experience.
These certifications are nice to have but are not necessary! We are happy to train and certify the right candidate.
