Qualifications Required:
Basic handy-man, plumbing, electrical and cleaning skills.
2 years prior experience in a similar position, in both commercial and residential buildings.
Customer service oriented, with ability to interact positively with tenants and clients.
Exceptional organizational skills, with an ability to work unsupervised.
Record keeping, report filing and computer skills.
Good command of the English language.
Must have own transportation and tools.
