Now Hiring: Journeyman Sheet Metal Mechanics - Savannah, GA - Commercial Project

CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics for a commercial construction project in Savannah, GA. This role involves the installation and assembly of HVAC ductwork and sheet metal components according to project specifications and safety standards.

Only qualified tradespeople with verifiable experience will be considered.

Note: CCS does not provide on-the-job training for this role.

Applicants must reside within 50 miles of Savannah, GA.

Background check, drug screening, and OSHA 10 certification are required.

Scope of Work:

• Install, assemble, and secure sheet metal ductwork (rectangular, spiral, and flex)

• Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings

• Measure, cut, and fabricate sheet metal to specifications

• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

• Assist foremen with layout, planning, and execution of work

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of sheet metal experience (commercial or industrial)

• OSHA 10 Certification (can be provided by CCS for free if needed)

• Reliable transportation and full set of hand tools and PPE

• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail

• Must pass a background check and drug test
