- Perform project contract sourcing activities, including RFP and sourcing for large contracts.
- Develop and implement sourcing and negotiation strategies to meet project objectives.
- Participate in supplier assessments and prepare contract award proposals.
- Ensure all contractual requirements are met according to terms and conditions.
- Execute procurement contracting strategies for complex construction projects.
- Lead change order negotiations and monitor their impact on the project.
- Assume post-award contract execution responsibilities and make commercial decisions.
- Identify challenges and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Provide regular status reports on issues, risks, and mitigations.
- Address and resolve payment disputes with suppliers.
- Facilitate and engage in negotiations with contractors to resolve disputes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to review procurement deliverables.
- Create and drive MIS reports and metrics for management awareness.
- Engage in business partnerships with cross-functional teams.
- Drive commercial compliance and problem resolution with contractors.
- Lead the development of dynamic Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Analyze and visualize key performance metrics for decision-making.
- 5-10 years of experience in contract management and supply chain management.
- Experience in sourcing substation contracts.
- Proficiency in SAP Ariba and Compass.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex data and develop Power BI reports.
- Associate's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with contract management and supply chain management.

The role involves working in a fast-paced construction site environment.
