Responsibilities:
As an installer, you will handle the full scope of product installation based on work orders, manufacturer guidelines, and established safety and quality standards. Installations may include insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other related products.

Review the daily schedule and ensure your vehicle is properly loaded with all necessary materials, tools, and equipment.
Conduct vehicle safety checks and job site inspections prior to beginning work.
Safely unload and organize materials at the job site.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Report any safety issues, customer concerns, or quality-related problems.
Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.
Perform additional duties or responsibilities as assigned.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Basic construction knowledge and familiarity with hand and power tools
Ability to interpret work orders, job site instructions, and safety guidelines
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and high-quality installations
Physical stamina and strength to lift, carry, and install materials (up to 50 lbs or more)
Comfortable working in a variety of environments, including attics, crawlspaces, and rooftops
Strong commitment to safety practices and the ability to follow company and industry safety protocols
Effective time management and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Valid driver?s license and clean driving record (required for operating company vehicles)
Good communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and supervisors
Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed based on project demands
