Criminal record OK About This Job As a Fire Alarm Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and installation of fire safety systems at new build construction sites. You will plan, execute, and deliver fire alarm system projects from start to finish. You will coordinate teams, manage budgets and schedules, ensure code compliance, and maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Because we are looking for top-tier candidates, this position includes the following compensation package:
- $90,000 - $150,000 annual salary, based on experience and certifications

- Coordinate with engineers, field technicians, contractors, and clients
- Define scope, schedule, and resources for designated projects
- Review blueprints, specifications, and technical documents to ensure system designs and installations meet applicable codes
- Create and manage project schedules, procurement plans, and resource allocation
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify work progress, compliance, and quality
- Ensure all required permits, inspections, and testing are scheduled and completed successfully
- Lead project meetings and status updates with stakeholders

- NICET FAS Level 2 or higher certification (Level 3 strongly preferred)
