Position: Lead Glazier
Location: Atlanta, GA
Schedule: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive Pay + Bonuses Based on Performance

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of 24 glaziers and laborers on commercial glass installation projects

Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety standards (OSHA 10 required)

Perform field measurements and interpret shop drawings for fabrication and installation

Conduct quality control checks to maintain excellence in installation

Work hands-on with storefronts, curtainwalls, structural glass walls, and metal panels

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 years of commercial glazing experience, especially with custom storefront and curtainwall systems

Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience in construction/glazing

Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and construction documents

Strong leadership skills and commitment to safety and quality

Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
