Were looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our outdoor construction crew. If you like working with your hands, learning from other people, being outside, and doing something different every day, keep reading!

What You'll Be Doing:

- Building lakeshore stairs, walkways, decks, boardwalks and retaining walls on the dunes
- Measuring, cutting, and attaching wood, steel, and aluminum
- Driving posts, moving sand, removing old stairs, planting dune grass, & more

Every day is different and thats what makes it fun.

What Were Looking For:

- Willingness to learn (well train you!)
- Detail-oriented and not afraid to ask questions
- Can lift 50 lbs and work on your feet all day
- Team player with a good attitude
- Reliable transportation (mostly within 30 miles of Benton Harbor)
- Best prep for this job is experience in construction, landscaping, farming -- but not required!

Location: Lake Michigan shoreline (usually from New Buffalo to South Haven)
Full-time seasonal work, MondayFriday
Pay based on experience, with raises as you learn
