Welder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled welders with 2-3 years of experience in welding, primarily focusing on MIG and TIG welding techniques. The role requires proficiency in reading blueprints and performing specific welding tasks, including working with various materials such as stainless steel, galvanized metal, and aluminum.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG and TIG welding on materials such as 1.16 thick stainless steel, 1.16 thick galvanized metal, 3.16 thick galvanized metal, and quarter-inch aluminum.
+ Utilize appropriate safety equipment in a welding environment.
+ Accurately complete paperwork when charging time to specific work orders and manage payroll system entries.
+ Read and interpret blueprints effectively.
+ Safely operate powered hand tools and demonstrate proficiency in torch operations.
+ Perform MIG welding in all positions and operate horizontal and vertical saw equipment.
+ Conduct machine and area maintenance to ensure optimal functioning.
+ Operate pipe cutting and threading equipment efficiently.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2-3 years of welding experience, specifically in MIG and TIG welding.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Proficiency in operating powered hand tools and torch operations.
+ Experience with MIG welding in various positions.
+ Knowledge of machine and area maintenance.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Ability to use pipe cutting and threading equipment.
+ Familiarity with paperwork accountability in work orders and payroll systems.

This position is based in a non-climate controlled facility, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 5:00 am to 1:15 pm, with current operations extending until 3:15 pm for overtime opportunities.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
