Position Overview:
Commission-Based: Earn 5% on all closed contracts
Bonuses for exceeding sales targets
Mileage reimbursement
Work independently with flexible hours
Focus on home renovations, insurance claims, kitchens, baths, roofing, and more

You Should Have:
Construction knowledge (materials, scopes, job process)
Proven sales experience (ideally in home improvement or restoration)
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to generate your own leads or work with warm ones
A valid drivers license and transportation

Your Responsibilities:
Prospect and follow up with property owners (residential/commercial)
Perform on-site walkthroughs to assess and scope jobs
Deliver accurate, compelling estimates and close contracts
Collaborate with our project management team to ensure smooth handoffs
