This role is critical in ensuring the financial health and accuracy of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost engineering, estimating, and project management, with a focus on electrical contracting.Key Responsibilities:+ Cost Code and Progress Tracking: Assist field and office supervision to accurately monitor, update, and maintain project cost.+ Billing Management: Assist with oversite of subcontractor invoicing, ensuring accuracy, and adherence to contract terms.+ Time and Material Estimating: Develop accurate estimates for time and material work.+ Change Order Estimating: Assist in takeoff, estimation, and tracking of project change orders.**REQUIREMENTS:**+ Proficient in cost management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and Procore.+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (electrical preferred), Construction Management or similar from an accredited university desired. HS Diploma or equivalent required.+ Five (5) + years of relative experience including estimating large-scale, complex electrical projects and negotiating with the client.+ Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.+ Excellent communication and organizational abilities.+ Knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes.+ Ability to operate in both field and office environments.**Equal Opportunity Employer**
